Hot compress: Apply certain amount of the healing oil and cover with hot towel or heating blanket/heat pad.
Application: Apply to the tips of fingers, toes, and wrists or ankles and rub/massage thoroughly.
Application: Apply to the abdominal hips (with veins), or use it during menstrual period.
