The best thing we can do to stay healthy and protect ourselves against the flu is exercise. 

One of the benefits of exercise is building muscles, which are a source of new immune cells. Maintaining muscle strength with regular exercise can boost your immune system to fight infection and disease. And where you exercise can matter, too.
